One of the most popular questions I get is how to get rid of belly fat? The reason it is so popular is because if anyone is overweight it is usually because the fat is around the belly and hips.
Most people have belly and hip fat because we have stressed our bodies out so much that our hormones have been overworked and as a result our estrogen/progesterone levels are out of balance and our adrenal glands are fatigued.
