Fast weight loss is possible as long as you are committed to the four most important parts to losing weight: Exercise, Diet, Positive thinking and proper hormone balance.

When you understand all four and spend time focusing on improving all four areas, fast weight loss will be as quick as your body can handle it.

People always talk about how impossible rapid weight loss is. I am here to tell you that you can accomplish rapid weight loss as long as you are putting equal effort into changing your diet, improving exercise, thinking positively and balancing your hormones.

Healthy weight loss is all about exercise and doing it at least 6 days a week. You need a balance of long aerobic exercise like swimming and muscle building exercise like lifting weights. One of the things I have done is incorporate Bikrim Yoga into my schedule which really kills two birds with one stone.

Fast weight loss requires you to change your attitude. Rather then focusing on why me. Think about all the wonderful ways that you have a beautiful life. You have been blessed with an opportunity to live. Embrace it and feel grateful.
