AdSense: performing more formats

Surely one of the basic elements in order to make better Google AdSense ad formats text.

To format intend colors and size of the banner ads that contain text AdSense.

It is my conviction that the ads are performing more if the background is white (or gray clear), the text is black (or very dark gray type # 222), the title and url are blue.
We immediately explain why black and white is the combination ever more readable and blue is the color standard for links since the dawn of time web ...

The best (formats your most performing)
The wide skyscraper 160x600 (contains 5 ads) placed in the left column of the site is perhaps the best (>> see example) being at the eye where a person looks west for the first and being in a very visible position. It is also a good format for the column, although perhaps% of the click will be a little lower.

In American sites (and even in many places in Italy) is becoming increasingly gaining Large Rectangle 336x280 (such as a page in the bottom of this blog) put in the body at the top of the page. This format (which contains 4 ads) is very performance put to the head as do many directories for this period.

The classic banner 468x60 (2 ads) placed in the body of the page (>> see example) and even with the edge of a color close to the background color, can provide good performance andandosi to intergrare well as content that is like look and feel .
Other formats that may go well

The classic Skyscraper 120x600 makes her beautiful figure and can bring a good number of clicks if the colors and position are azzecati.

Another format used is the Leaderboard 728x90; I use mainly in the footer of some sites (>> see example) to give my users some interesting links at the end of the page.

All other formats that I have mentioned are, in my view, very little performance, except in some very specific layout.
